Guangdong Rifu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has delivered a complete anti-corrosion filling line for household cleaning liquids. The line integrates four stations — 12-head filling, four-wheel twist capping, aluminium foil sealing and double-sided labeling — into a single automatic flow that takes an empty bottle in at one end and delivers a sealed, fully labeled bottle at the other.
Household cleaning liquids are aggressive by design. Acidic, alkaline and chlorine-based formulas attack ordinary steel and swell standard rubber seals, which is why the liquid path of this line is built from PP, non-toxic corrosion-resistant PTFE hoses, and filling nozzles in plastic or titanium. No reactive metal and no standard rubber come into contact with the product, so the formula cannot corrode the machine, and the product cannot pick up metal contamination in return.
The filling station uses a 12-head filling unit that fills twelve bottles per cycle. Capping is handled by a double-head four-wheel twist capping machine with a vibratory bowl that orients and feeds caps automatically, holding each cap from the sides and rotating it down to a preset torque. The aluminium foil sealing machine then fuses the foil liner inside the cap to the bottle mouth, forming an airtight, tamper-evident seal. Finally, the double-sided labeling machine applies the front and back labels in a single pass.
For the customer, the result is one continuous flow with zero manual handoffs between stations. One operator loads bottles and tops up the cap bowl, while filling, capping, sealing and labeling run automatically. Because the liquid path is inert to acids, alkalis and chlorine, the same platform also suits floor cleaners, toilet cleaners, disinfectants, bleach-based sprays, glass cleaners and kitchen degreasers.
Guangdong Rifu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specialising in automatic filling, capping, labeling and packing equipment, supplying both single machines and complete production lines to customers worldwide.
