It doses product into a preformed cup and heat-seals a lid onto the cup mouth in the same cycle. RIFU builds roll-film machines, which feed film from a reel, seal and cut it to the cup, and pre-cut lidding machines, which place and seal a ready-made foil or plastic lid.
Dosing follows the product, not the cup. Liquids and pastes run on piston fillers, powders on auger (screw) dosing, and granules on a volumetric cup system. This is not a changeover part: the whole metering system is built around one product type, so a yogurt machine, a coffee-capsule machine and a granule machine are separate units rather than one machine with a swapped head. Our coffee capsule and K-cup models use auger dosing for coffee, spices and protein powder.
Cup format decides the model more than the product does. Output figures are the rated speeds published on each product page.
| Your container | Typical products | RIFU machine | Rated output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Plastic cup, roll film | yogurt, jelly, water, bubble tea | Automatic yogurt water jelly liquid cup filling sealing machine | ~3,200 cups/h |
| Fast-food box or larger container | jelly, ready meals, dessert boxes | Automatic jelly / fast food box container sealing machine | ~3,200 cups/h |
| Pre-cut lidding film | liquid and paste cups | Automatic Pre-Cut Lidding Film Cup Filling & Sealing Machine | 5,500–6,500 cups/h |
| Wide cup range, multi-station | food, beverage, cosmetic cups | Automatic Cup Filling Machine for Food, Beverage & Cosmetic Industries | ~3,200 cups/h, 4 stations |
| K-cup capsule | ground coffee | RIFU automatic K-cup capsule coffee filling and sealing machine | 1,000 cups/h |
| Coffee capsule | coffee, spices, protein powder | Automatic Coffee Capsule Filling and Sealing Machine | ~1,600 cups/h |
| Honey spoon, 7 / 10 / 15 g | honey, syrup | Automatic Rotary Honey Spoon Filling Sealing Machine | 20–25 cups/min |
| Small multi-portion cup | yogurt, jelly, peanut butter, ketchup | Automatic communion cup filling sealing machine | 800–1,000 cups/h |
Roll film cuts consumable cost at volume and removes the lid-placement step; RIFU roll-film models run 2,500–3,600 cups/h. Pre-cut lidding takes a pre-printed lid from a magazine, so artwork changes are a consumable change rather than a machine change, at 5,500–6,500 cups/h. One SKU at volume points to roll film; several SKUs or premium printed lids point to pre-cut.
Filling accuracy is ±1% on most models and ±1.5% on the compact and multi-portion ones, set by product viscosity as much as by the machine. Sealing runs at 0–400 ℃ with PE, PP or PET-PE film; rim flatness, film tension and dwell time decide the seal, which is why we test your cups before quoting. Cups sharing a mouth diameter can run 50 ml, 100 ml and 200 ml sizes on one machine with parameter changes; different diameters need a machine or change-part set per size.
Power is 220 V / 50 Hz on most models with 380 V available, drawing 1.5–4.5 kW depending on stations, plus compressed air on pneumatic models. Sealed cups typically go to a labeling machine for date coding, then into a carton packing line; bottle formats run on a filling machine with a capping machine behind it.
Plastic cups, paper cups, K-cups, honey spoons, jelly cups and yogurt containers, from single-portion 7g spoons up to 500ml food boxes. Custom mold sets available.
Yes, but on a different dosing system. Powders use auger (screw) dosing — our coffee capsule and K-cup models work this way for coffee, spices and protein powder. Granules normally use a volumetric cup system. The metering system is built into the machine, so powder filling and granule filling are separate machines rather than one unit with a changed head.
Roll-film heat sealing (pre-printed lidding), pre-cut foil/plastic lid application, and inline date stamping. Temperature and pressure are digitally controlled for leak-proof results across water-thin liquids and thick pastes.
Yes, for cups sharing the same mouth diameter: 50ml, 100ml and 200ml cups run on the same line with parameter adjustments—no mold changes needed. Multiple cup diameters need a dedicated machine per size.
±1% on most RIFU cup machines and ±1.5% on the compact and multi-portion models. Accuracy depends on product viscosity and the dosing system, so we confirm it with a sample test before quoting.
800–1,000 cups/h on a small multi-portion machine, about 1,000 cups/h on a K-cup line, 2,500–3,600 cups/h on roll-film models and 5,500–6,500 cups/h on the pre-cut lidding model.
Most models run on 220 V / 50 Hz with 380 V available; consumption is 1.5–4.5 kW depending on stations. Pneumatic models also need compressed air.
The cup drawing or its mouth diameter, height and volume; the product and its viscosity; the output you need per hour; and whether you want roll film or a pre-cut printed lid. A sample cup and film settle the seal fastest.
