This is our new type bottle filling machine,it is customized according to customers requirements and special for 1-5L big volume filling.
The filling heads are moving during filling and it is move according to the bottle and moving and filling all in one time,it is faster than current piston filling machines which need stop the bottles and wait for the filling prcess finished,this new machine can greatly reduce the filling time and make the production more effiicent.
The filling volume is adjustable in the touch screen,easy to use.
And this machine has a very big applciaiton range which can be use for many different bottle sizes and shapes,round bottle,suqare bottle,oval bottle,irregular shaped bottles.
For this machine,max 5L bottle,can do 1000-2000 bottles per hour.
For each filling heads,all equipted with servo motor control system,accurate and precise.
