The working principle of an Aluminum Foil Metal Detector with Rejecter can be described as follows:

1.Detection by Induction: As the aluminum foil bags pass through the metal detector, the machine generates a low-frequency alternating magnetic field. If there are any metal contaminants within the aluminum foil bag, they will disturb this magnetic field and create a secondary magnetic field.

2.Signal Processing: The secondary magnetic field signal is then transmitted to the control unit, which analyzes the signal to determine the presence of metal contaminants.

3.Rejection Mechanism: Upon detecting metal contaminants, the control unit activates a rejection mechanism. This typically involves a pneumatic or mechanical arm that removes the aluminum foil bag containing the metal contaminants from the production line.

4.Feedback Adjustment: The system may also include a feedback mechanism to adjust the detection sensitivity, ensuring that only genuine metal contaminants are detected and rejected, reducing the likelihood of false rejections.

5.User Interface: Operators can monitor the system status, set detection parameters, and receive reports on detection and rejection events through a user interface.
