Working Principle
The system pumps air out of rigid glass bottles to create negative pressure, drawing liquid slowly along inner bottle walls. Once liquid hits the preset height, surplus fluid flows back to the storage tank via the back-suction pipeline. This all-in-one design achieves bubble-free filling, precise level control and drip-free shutdown.

Q1：What liquids is this filling machine suitable for?
A：It is specially designed for low-viscosity, high-alcohol volatile liquids, including perfume, facial toner, floral water, hydrosol, pure dew and other alcohol-based cosmetics. It cannot fill thick high-viscosity materials like cream, shampoo, honey or sauce; piston filling machines are recommended for those materials.
Q2：What bottles can this machine work with? Can it fill plastic bottles?
A：Only rigid glass bottles are supported. The vacuum negative pressure system relies on hard bottle walls to form stable negative pressure; soft plastic bottles will shrink/deform under vacuum and cannot reach uniform liquid level. We can customize bottle holders for glass bottles of different shapes and calibers.
Q3：What is the filling volume range? Can I customize it?
A：Standard filling range: 10–150ml. Custom volume ranges (smaller 5ml or larger 200–300ml) are available upon request.
Q4：What is the production speed of this 6-head model?
A：Stable filling speed: 1200–2400 bottles per hour (BPH). Actual speed depends on bottle size, liquid type and vacuum parameter setting.
Q5：What’s the advantage of vacuum back-suction filling vs gravity filling?
A：1. Vacuum pre-degassing eliminates foam and splashing, reduces alcohol volatilization to retain original fragrance;
2. Built-in back-suction unit sucks residual liquid back after filling, zero dripping, no bottle surface stains and lower raw material waste;
3. Constant vacuum control ensures consistent liquid height for transparent glass bottles, better display effect.
Q6：How about filling accuracy? Will liquid levels differ between bottles?
A：Constant vacuum pressure control ensures uniform liquid level for all glass bottles. Normal operation error is controlled within ±1% under stable vacuum and intact sealing parts. If levels are uneven, check bottle sealing gaskets or vacuum pipeline leakage.
Q7：Does this machine have anti-drip function? How does back-suction work?
A：Yes, auto back-suction is the core feature. After liquid reaches preset height, excess liquid is sucked back to the storage tank through independent back-suction pipelines. No residual liquid drips from nozzles, avoiding stained bottles and waste of expensive perfume raw materials.
Q8：Will perfume alcohol volatilize seriously during filling?
A：The vacuum slow-wall-flow design makes liquid flow gently along bottle inner walls without violent agitation, greatly reducing alcohol evaporation and fragrance loss, far better than ordinary overflow fillers. Explosion-proof version is optional for high-alcohol flammable liquid workshops.
