This integrated packaging line combines a servo sleeve applicator and steam shrink tunnel. All contact frames adopt food-grade 304 stainless steel, meeting food and pharmaceutical sanitary standards.
It realizes fully automatic film unwinding, fixed-length cutting, bottle sleeving, conveying and steam shrinking. With a capacity of 3000–6000 BPH and labeling accuracy of ±0.5~1%, it delivers neat, wrinkle-free sleeve packaging for mass continuous production.
