One Machine, Four Motions: Form → Fill → Seal → Cut
All four steps run on a single worktable, fully automatic, no manual transfer.
1. Form — A PVC roll feeds through heated thermo-forming with customizable blister molds: round cups for mouthwash, spoon-shaped cavities for gels, long strips for serum.
2. Fill — A stainless hopper feeds a pneumatic piston metering pump that doses every cavity exactly. Fill volume adjusts on the touchscreen.
3. Seal — Aluminum foil heat-seals with uniform pressure across the plate. No weak corners, no leak channels — seals that survive stacking and shipping.
4. Cut — Custom-size dies punch finished trays; scrap film winds onto an automatic reel. A neat, clean production site, shift after shift.
