RIFU's new Single-Head Servo Piston Filling Machine is built for the hardest job in a condiment workshop: filling chili sauce, mushroom sauce, and beef sauce — high-viscosity products loaded with chili flakes and meat particles that clog ordinary nozzles, drip, and drift in volume.
Built for chunky, high-viscosity sauces. A piston-type servo metering system delivers ±0.5–1% fill accuracy even for materials up to 1,000,000 cP — peanut butter and sesame paste included. A horizontal mixing hopper keeps oil and sauce evenly blended; large-diameter nozzles let flakes and meat particles flow through with zero clogging; and an anti-drip suck-back device means no stringing, no wall sticking, and clean bottle necks.
One touchscreen, any fill size. Fully servo-driven with Siemens PLC and touch screen, fill volume and speed adjust freely from 10 g to 1000 g (30–500 ml standard, customizable) — switching products takes seconds, no training needed. Speed reaches 1200–2400 BPH.
Food-grade, low-maintenance. All product-contact parts are 304 stainless steel, CE certified, and the machine runs on original SIEMENS, XINJE, AIRTAC and OMRON components for low failure rates and low maintenance costs.
What it fills: chili, garlic, tomato sauces, salad dressing, honey, syrup, fruit jam, peanut butter, sesame paste — in glass bottles and jars, customizable to your production line.
Backed by a 1-year warranty, lifetime free online support, free filling tests with official videos, remote debugging, and overseas on-site installation.
